At Ruggles Equestrian, we want you and your horse to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, clean condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are free of horse hair or debris.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated courier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
